Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil or butter (your choice)
1 onions minced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/2 lbs. meatballs whole meatballs, cut or sliced (your choice) buy the pre-made meatballs
1-2 24 oz (680g) bottle of spaghetti sauce (fresh or canned)
1/8 tsp. pepper
parmesan cheese
1 pack of spaghetti noodles (angel hair or regular)
water and salt for cooking the pasta.
Directions:
1. Place a large pot of water on to boil for spaghetti. When it boils, add salt and pasta and cook to al dente.
2. Heat a deep skillet or medium pot over moderate heat. Add oil, saute garlic and finely chopped onion. Saute 5 to 7 minutes, until onion bits are soft. Add meatballs (till it's brown, then separate and you can place the meatballs later for toppings if you want) and parsley herbs. Then add the spaghetti sauce, bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
Toss hot, drained pasta with a few ladles of the sauce and topped with the cheese that you like (i prefer parmesan cheese). Place pasta on dinner plates and top with sauce, meatballs and cheese. Serve with bread or garlic bread. Enjoy!!!
