Sizzling Pork Chop and baked Asparagus with Lemon zest







 




How to cook Asparagus:


Ingredients:
  1. 4 pcs. Pork Chop or Tenderloin Pork Chop
  2. salt
  3. black pepper
  4. garlic (minced)
  5. 1/2 butter
  6. 2 packs McCornmick Brown Gravy Mix .87 oz (24 g) (see instructions at the back of the packaging)
  7. 2 cups water (for gravy mix)

Ingredients for Baked Asparagus:
  1. Asparagus (about 20 pcs. or 1 bundle)
  2. salt
  3. black pepper
  4. extra virgin olive oil
  5. lemon zest or orange zest

Yellow Rice Ingredients:
  1. 4 cups steamed rice
  2. saute in 1/4 bar butter over medium heat 
  3. add achuete for coloring
